Elaia apartment is located on a 9-acre farm in a fenced olive grove, with comfortable parking, 250m from the sea. It is an apartment of 180 sqm and one of the two apartments on the first floor of the house, next to the host’s apartment.

The space
It has two bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for eight people. The living room has a fireplace and in the second living room where there are two sofas that become a bed, two more people can be accommodated. It is bright and from the balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and Samothrace!!The house has a courtyard with a garden and a barbeque with a dining area for 10-15 people.

Elaia Apartment is 8 km from Alexandroupolis city center and 3 km from Makri and Agios Georgios beach. In Makri you will find a supermarket, pharmacy and tavernas. Agia Paraskevi with its organized beach with many beach bars is just 5.5 km away.
